Description
Introducing a new generation of mouth-blown, lead-free and dishwasher-safe wine glasses, the ZALTO DENK`ART Collection, luxury stemware you could sense from your fingertips to the moment you take your first sip. (One (1) glass per order)
From the first touch, each Zalto glass distinguishes itself from all other glasses. From the perfectly executed balance to the extraordinary design, the achievement of the Denk`Art line are glasses that seem nearly too delicate to hold, and yet they are made for just that. This is glassware that stands at the rarefied point where form meets function. This is art.
The development of the Denk`Art series was influenced by the earth in accordance to the tilt angles of the Earth. Thus, the curve of the bowls are tilted at the angles of 24 degrees, 48 degrees and 72 degrees.
The Zalto Denk'Art Universal glass is recommended for full-bodied to powerful wines, which are expressive but also show minerality and smooth character. Accentuates complexity and finesse. Especially for: Chardonnay, Chianti, Riesling and 'Smaragd'- wines from the Wachau region of Austria. Lead-Free. Dishwasher-Safe.
Dimensions: 9.4" height, 18 ounces
Handling & Care of Zalto Glassware
It is recommended that Zalto glasses be cleaned in a dishwasher. Hand-washing can add pressure and torque to the bowl, stem and base which can cause breakage and potential injury.
When placing the glasses into the dishwasher, do so carefully so there is enough space between glasses and they are secure.
Use minimal dishwasher detergent to avoid buildup of residue. The glasses themselves will never cloud with repeated washes. If residue buildup occurs, soak the glasses carefully in water that has denture cleaner in it. The glasses should not be exposed to prolonged amounts of hot steam once the wash cycle is over. Open the door to let the steam out. The glasses can be polished with a dry cotton dish towel or microfiber towel. Drying the glasses should be done carefully and without causing pressure or most importantly torque. Twisting the bowl while holding the base is likely to cause breakage.
***Avoid phosphate-free detergents as they may cause damage to the glass***
